After that time it is up to the hotel if they are willing to accept reservations. 

Cancellation Policy: Individuals must cancel with the hotel directly no later 48 hours prior to arrival or one night's room and tax will be charged by the hotel. Should the team need to cancel, must be submitted in writing to Successful Sporting Events 48 hours prior to arrival or one night’s room and tax will be charged by the hotel. 

Cancellation Policy is waived up until the time of check in if the event is cancelled for inclement weather but must be canceled and rebooked through Successful Sporting Events.
