Blitz Fall Invitational 2017

BUSC is a Stay and Play Event

To insure the quality of service provided during our tournament, the Tournament Committee has appointed Successful Sporting Events as the official Hospitality Service for all of our events. 

The BUSC Fall Invitational is considered a “Stay & Play” Tournament, which means that teams traveling into Tulsa, OK are required to stay in hotels that are approved by the Tournament as a condition of participation. All teams requiring overnight accommodations MUST secure them through Successful Sporting Events. Teams MUST reserve a minimum of 8 rooms to qualify and participate in the BUSC Fall Invitational. Failure to do so may result in your team not being scheduled. Clubs with more than one team participating are expected to book a minimum of eight rooms per team per night. Each team must stay two nights.

PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE HOTELS DIRECTLY UNTIL 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. 

Cancellation Policy: Individuals must cancel with the hotel directly no later 48 hours prior to arrival or one night's room and tax will be charged by the hotel. Should the team need to cancel, must be submitted in writing to Successful Sporting Events 48 hours prior to arrival or one night’s room and tax will be charged by the hotel. 

Cancellation Policy is waived if tournament is cancelled for inclement weather but must be canceled and rebooked through Successful Sporting Events.

FROM NOW UNTIL THE TOURNAMENT COMMENCES HOTEL ASSIGNMENTS WILL BE GIVEN BASED UPON AVAILABILITY AND NOT ON TEAM PREFERENCE DUE TO THE LARGE NUMBER OF TEAMS AND HIGH DEMAND FOR ROOMS.
